Jaguar Owners Club of Los Angeles presents a scenic drive and barbecue event through the Santa Monica Mountains on Saturday May 13, 2023. Although the drive is not terrifically long it is quite scenic along with a stop in the middle to enjoy a fabulous view from high in the mountain range. We will finish the drive at cuckoosnestbbq.com. Cuckoos Nest is located on Ladybird Drive just off of Mulholland Drive in Calabasas. The drive will start at the parking lot just north of the Reel Inn Restaurant located at 18661 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. First car out at 10:30am on Saturday May 13th. So plan on arriving at the Reel Inn before 10am. Lunch will be available starting at noon.
Please register for the event at your early convenience. Attendees will be able to order their lunch beginning on May 8th by going directly to the cuckoosnestbbq.com website. Registrants pay Cuckoos Nest at the time they order their lunch. If you prefer to take your chances as to what is available on Saturday there is no need to order your meal in advance. Various beverages will be available for purchase at Cuckoos Nest and they have requested that we give them a head count as to participation no later than Wednesday May 10th; so please let both us and Cuckoos Nest know of your attendance.
